Bike to Work

Not to shabby! Now I am feeling a bit more confident about the upcoming race! A couple of bricks and a couple of longer bike rides with more hills, and I’ll be totally prepped. I’ll also need to spend time getting used to swimming in the lake again. I am spoiled rotten with the nice warm water in the pool at my health club where there are not 500 other people all splashing me in the face every time I try to breathe. Fotunately, my spinning instructor just invited me to come to some open water practice sessions.
